英國住屋需求一直持續上升,相較下新盤供應出現短缺,為當地樓價帶來進一步的上行壓力,尤其是在英國西北部、樓價較易負擔的城市,如 Liverpool 、Manchester 及 Leeds 等。Liverpool 及 Manchester 去年的樓價升幅最為顯著,分別達 6.3% 及 6%。
